7:00 AM - 9:00 AM:   Cook Team Check-In & Load-In 
11:00 AM:   Gates open for tasters - Get ready to eat!  (Pro Tip: Do not eat breakfast!) 
     Live music, Axe throwing & Snowball toss commence! Additional Games for all ages. 
     Beer Garden opens. Wash down all that endless BBQ!
     Egg Store opens! Looks for deals on Big Green Egg, Lodge, YETI & more.

2:00 PM:   First Raffle

3:00 PM:   Grand prize Raffle
                - Deadline for cooks to turn in their People's Choice Awards to stage.

3:30 PM :   People's Choice Award announced
                - All of the Eggs will be shut down to facilitate cooking and get them ready for transport home with their new owners.

​3:45 PM - "I bought a Big Green Egg, Now what?"  Presented by BGE Ambassador Chef Dez

4:00 PM - Gates close. You don't have to go home but you can't stay here.

4:45 PM - Demo EGG pick-up begins
